SmiteFest 2 Wrap-Up

Any time you run an event for the first time, you’re a little nervous about whether anyone will show, and whether they’ll have fun. And even though we’d done one SmiteFest already, that was centered around video games — would a board game focused SmiteFest succeed?

The answer is YES.

About 20 people showed up for the event at Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Kenmore, and everyone had a lot of fun. Our co-conspirators Eric and Stephanie came loaded with roughly a gazillion games:

…and most of the people who came brought at least one game of their own. You can find a full list of what we played at BoardGame Geek.
