Announcing Emerald City Gamefest V

We’ll be holding our fifth annual Emerald City Gamefest at the Church of the Redeemer on Saturday, November 13th, 2010!

The church is located at 6211 Northeast 182nd Street, in Kenmore, WA, and is the same place we held the Gamefest last year, and the past two Gamer Garage Sales.

Watch this space for more details, venue information, and game registration.

Hope to see you there, and remember, the Gamefest is FREE!

ENie Awards nominations are out

The ENie awards are being voted on soon, and will be announced at GenCon.  The nominations are worth a look, in my opinion, especially some of the nominations for Best Aid or Accessory, Best Blog, and Best Free Product.

You can find the nominations here.

The Setting

It’s the modern day, and there are temporal anomalies opening up all throughout Seattle, and bad things are coming through.  The Department of Homeland Security has set up the Anomaly Research Center (ARC) to deal with the problem.
